What is the Team Inbox?

It is the inbox that you can manage all your conversations from a single point.

Each of your live agents is needed to be added as a Teammate to access the Team Inbox. 

The number of Team Inboxes on our plans indicates the number of live agent seats. For example, the Scale plan has 4 Team Inboxes and which means that 4 of your live agents can have Team Inbox access.

We don't provide any live agents, we only provide the Inbox that your live agents could use.
